Welcome to the Innertia Movement! This fitness program was created to inspire you to unlock your INNER potential and propel you forward in your journey to becoming a healthier and happier you. This is a 30 week course of 120 workouts (4 workouts per week). These workouts were designed to be able to do from the comfort of your home, or at your gym of choice. They consist of 2 HIIT style body weight workouts, in addition to 2 resistance weight workouts that you can perform with free weights, a barbell, or bands. This program is designed to help you reach your optimal health and fitness levels and achieve the body that you have always wanted.

Kayla Holdsworth
The Innertia Movement workouts were created by Kayla Holdsworth, a retired pro track and field athlete, 7x NCAA All American, 2016 Olympic Trials competitor, who competed in 7 USA National Track and Field championships as well as the USA National Championships in Olympic Weightlifting. Kayla was a cardiac and pulmonary rehab specialist, so she not only knows how to train for athletics, but also instruct people on how to get back their health.
