Hi, I’m Kayla Holdsworth.

I grew up rooted in a small town in Ohio with big dreams of becoming an Olympic athlete. This dream drove me to become a 7xNCAA All American, compete in 8 USA National Championships, including the 2016 Olympic Trials, and to become winner of NBCs The Next Olympic Hopeful.

While training and competing I had find ways that I could edge out my competition; this edge came from my diet. I learned how to optimize every aspect of how my body functioned through the things I consumed.

Then, in the year leading up to the Olympic Trials, my step mom was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. This tragedy led me down the rabbit hole to researching what causes our body to turn against us, and see if there is any way we can prevent and/or treat disease through our choices. Then the secrets of how society is keeping us sick started pouring out and I was stunned.

Now I am on a mission to bring the truth of what it actually means to live a healthy lifestyle for my children and those around me, and to take our health back from a world that keeps us sick.

Follow along with me on my blog as I expose the lies we have been fed and give you ways to improve your health and happiness.

Thank you guys for your support and for being a part of the change!
